Carriage is provided by regular service pursuant to timetable and requirements.

Complaints can be submitted orally or in writing to the cable car company. The cable car company is obliged to respond to the complaint letter in written form and without gratuitous delay.

Passengers must hold a valid Ticket. Basically, Tickets are non-transferable; exceptions are subject to Transport Rate. The period of validity of Tickets and conditions requiring the issuance of reservation numbers in order to manage orderly visitor throughput are subject to Transport Rate.

Passengers must produce their Tickets for inspection and validation when asked.
If a passenger is unable to produce his Ticket or if the state of the Ticket does not allow a proof of validity any more, then a new Ticket must be purchased at the available ticket counters.
The cable car company does not replace lost Tickets.

Misuse of Tickets intended or definite or of Identifications issued by order of the cable car company so as to grant discounts on fares, will result in immediate Ticket confiscation without compensation. Furthermore, misuse shall be reported to the police. If an expired ticket pass is used, an additional fare which is subject to the current Transport Rate shall be charged for each day of misuse.

Boarding and deboarding is admissible at the designed boarding & deboarding areas only.
Cabin doors are closed and opened by the staff members. It is prohibited to prevent or interfere with the opening and closing process. Passengers who wish special assistance when boarding or deboarding (disabled persons etc.) explicitly have to advise the staff. Leaning out, throwing objects out of the window and smoking are prohibited during the service. After deboarding, passengers immediately have to leave the platform. In the event of car service disruption on the cable, passengers are advised to keep calm and to wait for instructions of the staff.

Children up to the age of five are only carried when accompanied by a passenger at least 16 years of age. Fare discounts for children are subject to Transport Rate.

The cable car company reserves the right to refuse carriage to individuals who do not respect the provisions of these Terms of Carriage or the instructions issued by the cable car company on behalf of safety and order, to drunken individuals and to those violating decency by their behaviour or physical or mental state. The cable car company is not liable for compensation of Tickets if an individual is excluded from carriage and has not used the Ticket or only part of it.

Dogs can only be accepted for carriage if a carriage not impacting safe operation can be expected, if they are properly muzzled and kept on a lead, if passengers eventually aboard do not object.

Passengers may carry baggage up to a maximum total weight of 10 kg and furthermore a piece of exercise equipment (e.g. a pair of skis) unless storage in the cabin inconveniences other passengers. The passenger is responsible for the guarding of his carry-on baggage. Carriage of skibobs is possible during less busy hours only.

Hang-gliders are reckoned exercise equipment. The carriage of hang-gliders has to be sanctioned by the management. The responsible chief operating manager can restrict carriage of hang-gliders to specific periods. The pilot of a hang-glider has to comply with the directives according to the *Bulletins for Hang-gliders* the notice of which has to be confirmed by signature. A carriage is admissible if the dimension of the cabin car allows the storage of the hang-glider; the exercise equipment however must not hang out the window. Only one folded-down hang glider per pilot is admissible. The carriage of non-folded or only partly folded hang-gliders is not admissible.

Undue noise, singing, making music, playing music and operating walkie-talkies are prohibited at the area of the cable car facilities.

Individuals soiling public areas, transport facilities or other equipment of the cable car company are liable for the cleaning charges. A charge to defray the costs of repairs is imposed on those destroying items unless he/she is not responsible. Wilful damage is reported to the police.
